Polices

All Advanced Functional Medicine packages are to be paid monthly or up-front.  If for whatever reason the client requires a cancellation, then they must inform Country Roots Nutrition of the decision via email. The services will be cancelled immediately, and any remaining charges will be suspended. If the client has paid for services up-front, they are eligible for a reimbursement equal to 50% of the monthly rate for the remaining months in the package term. Country Roots Nutrition reserves the right to cancel any client commitment and initiate the refund process at any time.
